To ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States.
Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on the website without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. Delivery time: 7-10 business days
The order processing time is 1-2 business days and the shipping time is 6-8 business days.
Delivery time = order processing time + transportation time.
In case of holidays, it will be postponed.
3. Order processing time: 1-2 business days
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00PM Monday-Thursday will be prioritised at 9:00AM the following morning.
Orders placed after 5:00PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.

5. Viewing order information
After shipment, if you want to check the order information, you can check the progress through the track order page, and we will send an email to your email address with UPS Expresss order number.

No excise tax is charged.
7. Confirm shipping address
Before payment, please double check that your order information is correct.
Make sure to leave and fill in the correct: recipient, phone number, shipping address, email address.
Once shipped, it will not be possible to change it.
