1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. Returnable within 45 natural days

Sheedscabins.com supports return or exchange within 45 natural days for no reason.

If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

3. Return order processing time: 1-2 business days

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (CST).

Return orders placed after 5:00PM Monday-Thursday will be prioritised for processing at 9:00AM the following day.

Orders placed after 5:00PM (CST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Return orders are not processed on weekends.

4. Requesting a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following points:

Returns need to be made within 45 natural days of signing for the miniature circuit breaker.

Returned miniature circuit breakers must be in its original intact condition and come with all original packaging, accessories.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you decide to return the product within 45 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the process below:

Pack the miniature circuit breaker in its original packaging, including accessories and freebies received.

Send the miniature circuit breaker to 11111 E Truman Rd, Independence, MO 64052.

Once shipped, please send us the logistics information and courier order number via email at [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.

If you choose to return your miniature circuit breaker due to a quality or shipping issue (such as receiving a broken miniature circuit breaker), shipping costs will be covered by Sheedscabins.com.

If you choose to return the miniature circuit breaker due to your personal preference (don't like the color or style of the miniature circuit breaker), etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned miniature circuit breaker arrives at Sheedscabins.com's warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be returned within 1-2 business days, if this takes longer, please contact Jennifer Melanson at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

6. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item within 45 natural days of signing for it, you can follow the process below:

Pack the miniature circuit breaker in its original packaging, including accessories and freebies received.

Send the miniature circuit breaker to 11111 E Truman Rd, Independence, MO 64052.

After the courier is shipped, please contact Jennifer Melanson via email at [email protected] with the logistics information and courier slip number so that we can check it and reship it for you as soon as we receive it.

If a replacement miniature circuit breaker is requested due to a quality or shipping issue (such as receiving a defective or broken miniature circuit breaker), shipping costs will be borne by Sheedscabins.com.

7. Fees for secondary listing

We do not charge for secondary listing fees.
